FAQs

It totally depends on what you need and what you’re looking for. I will create at least 10 visuals for each portfolio project that you submit, but you can expand that if needed.
For example, if you asked me to design visuals in 1080x1350, but would want to share that project as a Reel/TikTok too, I can make that happen. Or if you need additional visuals for Pinterest or for your website portfolio, I will create those too.
Of course! When designing the visuals I make sure to adapt to your design style and the overall aesthetic of the project.

And if for some reason I’m not able to do that (some design styles are definitely not my strong suit), l’ll be upfront about it and let you know.
When you send your project files to me, I’ll also ask you to give me some pointers/inspiration for how you want your visuals to look like. This will make it easier for me to head to the right direction when starting out.
Then, once you get your first batch of visuals from me, you can send me your feedback and requests & we’ll work on those until you’re happy.

There are no limits to the number of requests you can submit each month, but we can only work on one project at a time.
For example, if you have 5 projects that you’d want me to create visuals for, pick one to start with and you’ll get your first designs ready within 3 business days. Once you’re happy with the outcome and have all the visuals you need for that project, we’ll wrap that one up and you can move onto the next.
When you submit a new request, you’ll choose between two options: 1080x1350 px (standard size for Portrait posts or Carousel posts on Instagram) or 1080x1920 px (this one works for Reels, TikToks, Pinterest pins, Stories, etc.)
I’ll create your first batch of visuals in your chosen size and then, if you want, you can ask me to make them again in the other size too.
Of course! Lets say that you’re 2 weeks into your subscription but don’t have any projects in the queue for me to work on, you can choose to pause your subscription & restart it again once you have new work to share with me.

Once you subscribe, you’ll get access to a Trello board where you’ll be able to submit your requests.
There you’ll find a super short form to fill out with basic details about your project, so that I can start working on your designs as fast as possible.
Of course, one of the things I’ll need from you will be your project files - your .png logo files, brand guidelines, mock-ups, website screenshots - basically anything that you have. The more, the better!
Send all the logo variations (the primary, the secondary, the icon, the mark…) in all the colour versions - don’t be afraid of sending “too many”. There is no such thing when it comes to this.
Whatever works for you. If you already have a Google Drive folder or a Dropbox folder you can simply share with me, that works. Or we can also do WeTransfer if you like.
You’ll receive your designs within 3 business days.
